In 2022, Piper Companies was awarded multiple national recognitions for the first time. To raise awareness of these achievements and attract prospective in-house employees on LinkedIn, I designed graphics with images that offered a glimpse into life at Piper. I also wrote copy that highlighted the significance of each award. These posts generated 683% more shares than the rest of our content.
