A highly anticipated event, the annual Piper Summit conference recognizes employees' accomplishments. I developed various creative post concepts and strategically featured employees from each office to drive engagement. In 2022 and 2023, I maintained a strong 34% engagement rate, which is 27% higher than the annual conference content that was uploaded before I started working.
